Green pinafore with green striped shirt, black shoes with strap and buckle, green with yellow stripe socks, school tie, school belt, House badge and black ribbon.

Boys
Bottle green short pants (upto Std. II). From Std. III onwards bottle green long trousers, green stripes short sleeved shirts, black shoes, green with yellow stripe socks, school tie, school belt, and House badge.

Dress Code: restrictions applicable to Boys and Girls

Girls
Girls' hair should be well-combed and neat. If it is more than shoulder length, black colour ribbons or clips should be used.
Ring, bangles and jewellery - not allowed.
Fingernails - neither to be painted nor allowed to grow long

Boys
Boys' hair should not be long enough to come over the shirt collar or over the ears.
Fancy hair-styles are not allowed.
The older boys are required to be clean-shaven.

Cycle Stand

  • Students have the privilege of parking their cycles in the school premises.
  • Loitering or standing idle in the cycle stand is strictly forbidden.
  • For safety, the cycle should be locked. The school will not be responsible for any thefts.

Tests and Examinations

  • The examination will be held twice in an academic year, in September and March.
  • Four unit Tests for all students will be held in the course of an academic year.
  • Report Card will be given to the parents during the Parent-Teachers Meeting after every test and examination.
  • Importance must be given to daily work done in the class and Home Work. The attitude to relax during the normal working session and study for a pass only for the Final Examination should be firmly discouraged.
  • Parents must meet the teachers at least once a month to discuss the progress of their child.
  • Private tuitions are not permitted. But remedial classes will be held as needed.
  • Promotion to a higher class is based on the performance of the whole year.
  • The results declared at the end of an academic year will be final in all classes. On no account will the decision be reconsidered.
  • A student who fails twice in the same class will be required to take a transfer certificate.
  • The report card will not be issued to pupils who have dues.

Rules for the payment of monthly fees and other collections

  • The Tuition Fee for June 2019 along with Annual Fees must be paid in full before 31-5-2019.
  • Monthly tuition fees is payable by the 12th of every month.
  • The tuition fees and other fees of each month must be paid at the school office counter during the allotted time before the 12th of the month. A fine of Rs. 10/- shall be levied for each month due.
  • Fees for April and May must be paid before the final examination.
  • The defaulter's name will be struck off the rolls after 30 days for non-payment of fees. To get re-admitted, parents will have to pay a re-admission fee together with the arrears.
  • The Fee Card must be brought for every payment of fees.
  • Annual fees and monthly fees paid will not be refunded.
  • Parents need not pay any other fees other than the public examination fees prescribed by the management and public examination authority.
  • Claims for return of the amount remitted will not be entertained on any account.
  • The refundable deposit should be paid in full at the time of admission.
  • This deposit is refundable only at the time of withdrawal of the child.
  • The deposit will be refunded to the parent on a written application from the parent along with the attached receipt, within three months of the withdrawal of the child. No application will be entertained after the due date.
  • Please note that, no application for refund of deposit will be entertained without the receipt.
  • Report cards will not be issued to the pupils who have not paid fees in full.
  • Parents and Students are requested to obtain receipts for all payments made in the school office.

Application for grant of Transfer Certificate must be addressed to the Principal giving the following details:

  • Name of the pupil and the present address in full.
  • Year, class and section he/she was studying at the time of his/her leaving the school and date of leaving.
  • The tuition fees and other fees of each month must be paid at the school office counter during the allotted time before the 12th of the month. A fine of Rs. 10/- shall be levied for each month due.
  • Fees for April and May must be paid before the final examination.
  • Has he/she returned all the books borrowed from the library and paid all the dues, if any, to the school.
  • His/her Second Language mentioning the name of the school which the pupil proposes to join.
  • Reasons for leaving, mentioning the name of the school which the pupil proposes to join.
  • Signature in full of the Parent / Guardian.
  • Request for Transfer Certificate must be made well in advance before 30th April 2020. The Transfer Certificate and marks card will be issued only when the school dues have been cleared, in full.
  • If a student leaves during the term, he/she will be liable to pay the term's fees.
  • Any student seeking Transfer Certificate after re-opening of the school will have to pay a term fees of that year. Please ensure that your 'application' is given before the due date i.e., 30th April 2020. This will enable the school to admit new admission in place of your child.

Library

  • Strict silence is to be maintained in the Library at all times.
  • Strict discipline to be maintained in the Computer Lab.
  • Students are permitted to take only a notebook and a pencil into the Library. Ink pens and school bags are not allowed.
  • A fine of Re 1/- per day will be charged for overdue books.
  • If library books are lost or damaged the concerned students will bear the cost.

Lost Property

  • Any money or valuables found in the school compound, should be handed over to the school office without delay.
  • All personal property should be marked with the owner's name.
  • The lost property office will be open during the morning short break and towards the end of the lunch break. A prefect on duty will assist the recovery of the lost property.
  • A fine of Rs. 10/- is chargeable when lost property is claimed.

Donations and Class Collections

Parents should not feel obliged to send contributions or money unless they are requested to do so by the Principal, by a circular letter.

CRITERIA FOR PROMOTION

Promotion to the next class will be based on a consistently, satisfactory performance in all subjects, in both the unit tests and trimester examinations.
